#3 Allow our shoppers the ability and opportunity to directly influence what this site offers with regards to products.
We started thatlittlegiftshop.com because, like you, we are online shoppers and are continually displeased or frustrated with the shopping experience. This included everything from lack of selection at a single location to customer service.
We are family owned and operated. Both of our careers have been spent in customer service. With a combined total of over 70 years experience in venues ranging from healthcare and call centers to retail stores and restaurants.
